  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Pound Onion (julienned)
  • 6 Ounces Celery (approx. 3/4 cup)
  • 6 Units Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 1 Pound Tomatoes (small diced)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Crab Flavour (10g)
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
  • 1 Pack MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 2 Pounds Shrimp (deveined with shells on)

Instructions

  • 1.In a large sauté pan, heat oil gently and sauté onions till they become translucent.
  • 2.Add in the celery and garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • 3.Add tomatoes, MAGGI® Spicy Green Seasoning, MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk. Allow to come to a rapid boil.
  • 4.Add MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Crab and Black pepper. Reduce the flame and add the shrimp to the mixture.
  • 5.Cook shrimp for 8 minutes or until they turn a pinkish orange and begin to curl slightly.
  • 6.Serve hot and enjoy!
