  • 0.5 Pound Shrimp
  • 0.5 Pound Lobster
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Unique Seafood Seasoning
  • 4 Tablespoons Sauce, Oyster, Ready-To-Serve
  • 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce Made From Soy And Wheat (Shoyu), Low Sodium
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, White
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
  • 2 Cups Oil For Frying
  • 6 Stems Escallion
  • 4 Packets MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles (Masala)
  • 1/4 Head Garlic
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 0.5 Pound Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-Choi), Raw
  • 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, mix your oyster sauce, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and white pepper and a splash of water
  • 2.Season Shrimp and Lobster with MAGGI Unique Seafood. Then mix flour and cornstarch and lightly coat the seafood with mixture.
  • 3.Put 2 cups of oil in deep pan and wait until oil is hot (350F). Drop shrimp and lobster in and fry until golden brown. Repeat until all is done.
  • 4.Boil water and cook noodles for 1 minute. Strain, run under cold water and set aside.
  • 5.Blanch your vegetables except scallion and onion, in hot water for 1 minute then immediately run under cold water to stop the cooking.
  • 6.Add escallion, ginger and garlic to a sauté pan with a little oil, add vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes just until soft.
  • 7.It is Best to work in batches. Add a little oil to your pan and place your noodles in the pan, it should be sizzling, or the pan is not hot enough. Add half of the flavor packet from the noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes, remove from the pan and reserve.
  • 8.Add some of the sauce to your pan and toss your seafood in the sauce.
  • 9.Add your noodles and vegetables back to the pan, top with your seafood, toss, top with sesame seeds and enjoy hot!
