  • 2 Pounds Beef (cut into cubes)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Tomato Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.Season beef with Season Up, fresh seasoning and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.Heat oil. Add brown sugar and let cook until just beginning to bubble.
  • 3.Add beef and stir until the beef is properly coated with caramelized sugar. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4.Add water and Cubes. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes or until beef is cooked and tender.
