  • 2 Pounds Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme
  • 1/4 Cup Onions Thinly sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic grated
  • 2 Units CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (330ml)
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.Season the chicken thighs with Season-Up Chicken and allow to marinate for at least 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • 2.Add vegetable oil to a large skillet and pan-sear each chicken thigh until golden brown for 10 minutes
  • 3.Add the remaining aromatics to the pot, sautéing lightly for 4 minutes before pouring the Evaporated Milk and Onion & Garlic Seasoning Cube. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
  • 4.Finish with fresh herbs and serve hot over mashed potatoes.
