Ingredients: 8 Ounces Penne Pasta Cooked; 12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk; 2 Teaspoons Garlic; 1/4 Cup Onion; 10 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning; 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese grated; 2 Tablespoons Parsley; 1 1/2 Tablespoon Butter unsalted; 1 1/2 Tablespoon DLT Flour

8 Ounces Penne Pasta Cooked
12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
2 Teaspoons Garlic finely chopped
1/4 Cup Onion julienned (cut in strips)
10 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 Tablespoon DLT Flour

Instructions

1.In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sauté onions and garlic with butter for approximately 20 seconds. Stir in flour to make a paste.

2.Using a whisk carefully incorporate CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK. When mixture begins to thicken lower heat. Season sauce with MAGGI NATURISIMO.

3.Add penne pasta to sauce, remove from heat. Toss in parmesan cheese.

4.Garnish chopped parsley.
