Sweet Potato-Pumpkin Mash

  • 1 Pound Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 Pound Pumpkin peeled and cubed
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  • 1.Boil sweet potato and pumpkin about 12 minutes until tender.
  • 2.Drain well and place in a mixing bowl, add butter and mash to desired consistency.
  • 3.Add Full Cream Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg mix until fully combined. Add additional Evaporated Milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  • 4.Garnish and serve hot.
